Description: What does it take to raise a well-rounded individual? This was the core question of our recent Parent Orientation programme. The event was a deep dive into the values we strive to inculcate in every student—integrity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. The session was organised by our esteemed principal Sr. Greta for all the classes. The session was taken up by our core team of educators, who highlighted that "good values are caught, not just taught." Parents were encouraged to partner with the school in fostering a culture of respect and resilience. By adhering to the school's guidelines and supporting the curriculum, as parents play a pivotal role in their child's holistic growth. Detailed sessions on school protocols and the importance of punctuality and orientation served as a reminder that when the school and parents speak the same language of values, the students are the ultimate beneficiaries. The discourse centered on the "Golden Triangle" of education: the student, the teacher, and the parent working in perfect harmony. The orientation concluded with taking up the parents' concerns as well and exploring collective solutions.
