Description: "Discipline is not something we do to children, it's something we develop within them.” Today 9th February, 2026 Convent of Jesus and Mary, Chelsea organised an orientation program on Managing Discipline Problems in School children, in collaboration with ICTRC. The one day workshop was attended by all the teachers of CJM, Chelsea school .The objective of this training was to discuss the various discipline related issues in school. ICTRC is a national level organisation that empowers people in educational institutions, corporate houses, government organisations and non-government organisation .The workshop featured Professor Keshav Singh Coordinator of ICTRC Global projects and Mr.Aditya Nair a renowned psychologist and an expert they discussed the discipline issues in the students .Principle Sr Greta welcomed the resource person with bouquet and a memento. Principal Sr. Greta stated that this workshop is a unique initiative to understand the discpline issues and mental health of students in the school The school Co ordinator Mrs Shradha Thakur presented the vote of thanks.The program Co ordinator Mrs Shalini Sood also thanked Prof .Keshav Singh for such a insightful session.
