Description: When we teach life skills, we don’t just shape students—we shape the future. A seminar on “Life Skills” for teachers was conducted on 2nd August 2025, with the aim of equipping educators with essential tools to foster emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and effective communication in the classroom. Mr. Vijay Verma , Principal DAV Centenary Public School Rajgarh and Mrs. Veena Chauhan, Teacher from Loreto Convent Tara Hall, were the resource persons for the day who brought in real-life examples, practical strategies, and insightful reflections. Their guidance truly helped participants understand how essential life skills like communication, decisionmaking, empathy, and problem-solving shape our personal and professional well-being. The session was interactive and engaging, filled with thought-provoking discussions and hands-on activities. Teachers participated enthusiastically in various exercises, story enactments designed to promote self-awareness, alertness, and active engagement. It was an enriching experience that reminded every teacher of the importance of continuous learning—not just for teaching, but for living.
